Construction Using More and More Solar Power |
The Nassau Park Pavilion in West Windsor and the Hamilton Market-place in Hamilton are going green and using solar electricity instead of using electricity. These famous areas are using technology from a solar power panels company to make folk sell green and spend green! The company Developers Diversfield Property that owns property in Puerto Rico, Brazil, Canada, the Nassau Park Pavilion, and the Hamilton Marketplace, had a ceremony to inaugurate the solar programme at Nassau Park Pavilion. SunEdison who is the energy supplier has installed four solar arrays at Nassau Park, 3 at Hamilton Market-place and one at a shopping mall in Union. Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Products and West Elm roofs at Nassau Park Pavillion are proud hosts of these sun soaking up solar panels. Developers Diversified intend to go solar in all of their 130 shopping arcades across the land. Developers Diversified has leased the roof space to SunEdison who is builder, financier of these solar energy systems. The company will also maintain the systems at Princeton, Hamilton, and Union sites. Developers Diversified has no advance costs for the installation of these panels it’ll infact receive roof rent from SunEdison. The energy produced by these panels in the span of twenty years is estimated to power 2400 homes over an one year period. Jamie Smith the vice chairman of SunEdison, said this program is not just ecofriendly but it is also good for the economy. SunEdison received loans from PSEump;G solar loans programme and other non-public companies to finance this project. I suspect that this is a great program because it saves electricity costs and it is a very efficient way to do day to day activities. Electricity is being wasted in lots of places around the planet, and this tiny step to help the earth can actually make a change throughout the world if more folk implement these ideas. As an individual person I am pleased with this, especially because this New Jersey is one of the first states to participate in this program. If more folks look at this and use it as an example when building a building, school, or office, then the whole world can be going green!www.solar-power-solar-panels.com
